Delivery is available for free to all UK mainland addresses - with this service you can select a working day delivery date of your preference, from as early as two working days after your order is placed.
Your chosen delivery date is upheld where possible - in any circumstance where it can't be adhered to, a member of our customer service team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for you.
We advise all customers to not book a fitter or make fitting arrangements until the flooring has been received and approved by themselves.
Every order is delivered either by our advanced in-house delivery network, or via a specially selected courier. Each method of transport is fully equipped to handle all of our flooring products.
Deliveries are typically completed between the hours of 7AM and 6PM to a ground floor location and they are kerbside only - this means that the driver will not enter the property with your items, but will bring them as close as possible.
As your delivery will be fulfilled by a single person, you may need to provide them with assistance unloading any particularly large or heavy items.
